Data Privacy

We take privacy very seriously. We understand that when you upload your valuable data to our servers, you want assurances that it will be secure and safe.

The goal:

maximum client privacy and isolation from intrusions or theft.

Strong measures we have taken to protect your privacy:

  1. All communication to and from our service is secure and encrypted (SSL)
  2. Currently, only two people have the password to our accounts on AWS (Amazon Web Services)
  3. At the end of every analysis, typically within 24 hours, we destroy all of our copies of your data -- no backups of data or results.
